At The Hen Planner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for the big celebration. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of use.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
